5.3 Return Process

2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Securely package the item with the RMA number clearly visible
4. Ship the item to our Bath facility using a tracked service (recommended)
5. Once received and inspected (3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Processing begins within 24 hours of return approval
• PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days to appear
• Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear
• All refunds are in GBP; currency conversion is handled by your payment provider

5.5 Faulty or Incorrect Items
